You and your staff made it as seamless and stress free as possible for me. I received so many compliments from my guests on how delicious the food was. Albert is the best! He is always early, always accomidating, and always smiling. Alliance helped us with our wedding reception party in 2012-party guests 80
His attention to our guests and our personal needs are incredible!!
We hired Albert again for Jacks 40th birthday at our home. He ran out at the last minute and got ice, on top of everything was superb again that night! 2013

Just last weekend we had Albert serve 40 guests at a winery for my 40th birthday!
We decided on a cocktail to receive guests- he not only suggested a recipe, had them made as everyone walked in!
AND when the winery insisted we remove all decor that night -he jumped right in and delivered them to our house - which is outside of his services - always smiling and rolling with the punches!
If you have a gathering or large party Alliance is at the top of our list!
