Then, very impressed about the overall professionalism and expertise/recommendations for our project and personal needs. The selection process was very efficient. We used All Decked Out and Steve's crew to replace our large, multi-level wood deck with composite decking, as well as added another level of decking over a concrete pad. We are very pleased with the outcome. We got several estimates and recommendations before we began this project. All Decked Out's pricing was in line with their competitors, but they were more helpful in the design process with suggestions such as an accent border and adding a bench where we weren't sure what to do. Other contractors offered to "do anything we wanted". We appreciated the insight and suggestions. Steve really enjoys his work and is very proud of his decks. Because we are very particular, when the project was finished there were a few small details with which we were unhappy. Steve came back out the same day we talked to him and immediately fixed things to our satisfaction. Steven Brown and Brendan are amazing!!!! They did everything they could to make our deck perfect. Every detail was done with care, and thought for how we would use the deck. He communicated with us through the whole process, even when we were out of the country he texted photos so that we could see the progress. He went out of his way to make us happy.
