How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
This is all determined on the clients first visit to our facility where we discuss the patient's medical history and past or current fitness program.
It is from here where we will devise a safe attainable goal and build from that.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to attaining the body of your dreams, in all honesty, is to stop dreaming and start doing!!
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is teaching my clients the safe and proper way to a better self.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to open my own business when I realized I could provide a better service to my clients in a small private setting as opposed to a large public health club.
Why should our clients choose you?
Well there is the old saying, "Feed a man a fish, feed him for the day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for life." My philosophy is to teach you the proper body mechanics in fitness, the try meaning of fat loss, and dispel all the nutrition myths on the market today.
