Q&As

Seeing my clients change! It's such an honor to be allowed in to the private lives of so many amazing people.

I have worked in many different roles over the years--nonprofit, corporate, academia--and was always interested in starting up something of my own. When I found myself in a period of career change, as many of my clients do, I saw it as an opportunity and took a look at what I really wanted to get out of my work. Coaching brings me a sense of satisfaction that I haven't found anywhere else!

I have 8 years of experience coaching individuals and have a broad base of non-clinical training in mental health, behavior change, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychology. I'm a very direct person, and I am best suited to clients who are willing to look at the reality of their situations in the service of change. A strong habit of self-reflection goes a long way. I'm an 8 on the Enneagram, so I love the truth. When a client truly wants something in his or her life to be different, it can be difficult and can take a lot of honesty and compassion toward oneself to make it happen. Coaching can be fun and exciting, but it's also work... so clients who understand this will like working with me.

Yes, I coach using Facetime, Zoom, or Google Meet. I'm also happy to meet on the phone if my client prefers it.

Remote coaching is great! I love that my clients can be safe in their own environments.

Services

6-9 sessions is a good starting point. We'll meet weekly for the first month, then bi-weekly. Sometimes this is enough for a client to see very real change.
