What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I believe it's a combination of things.
Client needs to be rested, relaxed, ready to play and open to direction.
Great light is key with clean simple wardrobe and (if possible) hair & make up.
Music, I always recommend having their playlist.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are we photographing? What's your style? If your an actor who do you resonate with? If your a model, who are some of your favorites? How would you describe yourself? I ask a lot of questions, it helps me to understand their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people, creating some magic and having great conversation. I find I have met some incredible humans on this journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Was an international model for many years and travelled the world. Picking up a camera was a natural progression for me as I was always asking questions and trying to figure out why something looked good or didn't. I am also a story teller & it's an opportunity for me to tell stories with the photography.
