How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By providing them with a well functioning/moving body and strong core that provides the platform for exercise to flourish. In addition, I design progressive and varied programming over time to keep exercise challenging and progressing toward the clients respective goal(s).
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Clear away/quiet any negative self talk by working from the inside out…get introspective. The body is only a reflection of your dreams, thoughts and actions.
This will clear the path for you to succeed. In addition, many of us because of our sedentary life styles develop movement restrictions/dysfunctions and core weakness that need to be addressed first and corrected before beginning any loading or stressing of the body. This cannot be overstated!
