How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is imperative for preventative health and sport performance results by creating an alkaline environment within the body to optimize organ and muscle function.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I ask them a few questions and then I am able to put together an innovative results-driven plan where in some cases they are only doing a few key exercises several times a week.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Creating healthy habits, fostering a positive attitude, setting goals, and making a commitment make the dream mind and body. Beginning is half done.
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting results and seeing people achieve things they never thought was possible!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began as a self-coached athlete as a teenager and self-coached myself to win a national title in track and field at age 16. By age 17 people sought me out for training and nutrition advice and I just kept going....
I furthered my education and was a letter winning cross country/track athlete at UF, while receiving a BS in telecommunication. Then, I received a BS in Biology. After that, I was in a doctorate of physical therapy and left half-way thru to pursue medical massage. I was in a 2 year massage program and then received my license.
