What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others solve problems and come to great solutions, and for me, this is exactly what hypnotherapy does. I get to facilitate and witness clients transform into the greater versions of themselves, and nothing is better than that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Two decades after surviving a harrowing natural disaster that left me buried alive, I sought to deeply understand how trauma, PTSD, and Survivor’s Guilt live in and through the human spirit—becoming my own best client, I set out to transform trauma into Traumatic Growth.
With my relentless pursuit of seeking answers to big questions and an immense amount of continued personal healing & growth, I have taken my intimate knowledge, experience, and education as a board-certified Hypnotherapist into workable and proven programs designed to help clients in achieving what’s important to them in this lifetime.
And it is from this place that I now serve.

Yes, I have been working with clients online for a few years now. Hypnotherapy is just as effective online as it is in person. I work with Zoom and Google Meet for client sessions, and I know my clients experience great success.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The comfort and safety of each client are of the utmost importance.
I follow the CDC's Covid-19 guidelines for in-person visits, ensuring the room is cleaned and aired out between sessions.
