What’s your signature dish?
Cochinita Pibil: A Yucatan Region specialty - tender shredded pork slow-cooked in a tangy tomato sauce, served on a bed of banana leaves with corn or flour tortillas.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have both a specialized catering menu (including large trays of food) and our regular menu (a diverse selection of individual plates) that we use to create a feast that is customized to meet our clients' needs.
