I scheduled a mini-vacation and have an adopted 12 year old dog who has been with me for 8 months. Being primarily a cat owner - which I still am - I now needed assistance when leaving my canine companion at home. I read about Alan and April's Pet Care services through reviews and contacted them regarding my needs. They came to my home for a visit and became acquainted with my animals. As my vacation date drew near, they touched-base with me to clarify my pet needs. All I can say is Alan and April did an excellent job!! I found them to be helpful, friendly, informative and calming to my pets. While I was away, they sent to me text messages and photos, so I could see my dog was doing well. When I returned, the house was in good order and all my pets looked happy and healthy. I would highly recommend Alan and April's Pet Care. I will definitely call upon them in the future. More...

I have been using Alan and April pet care for the last 3 months to walk my 3 dogs. I live in Forest Park. Alan and April walk the dogs together which I love because 3 dogs is a lot for anyone to handle so I am very grateful I have both Alan and April, it makes me feel a ease knowing there is more hands available to handle them. Reasons why I give them 5 stars- they treat my dogs with care and love, show up on time, walk the dogs the full amount of time I am paying for, and they don’t go through my personal belongings. What more could you ask for in a dog walker? I also have a very irregular work schedule and they are very accommodating. I do recommend you hire Alan and April for your pet care needs. More...

My husband and I just took our first ever real vacation thanks to Alan and April. We have 2 large dogs and have never wanted to board them. Alan & April came to our house twice a day while we were gone on vacation and cared for our dogs Lucy & Ron. They sent us photos throughout our trip which was So reassuring. I thought that Lucy & Ron might be sad and miss us while we were gone, but they looked SO happy playing with Alan and April everyday! When we returned they were so bright eyed and happy it was obvious that they were well cared for and were loved so much by Alan & April while we were away. I recommend Alan & April 100%.
