From my very first email exchange with Adama I knew this was the caterer for us. He was responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the wedding loved the pizza so much and the set up in our backyard was an incredible feature and really added to the event. When one of my guests said she was allergic to tomato sauce Adama came to the rescue by whipping up a white sauce for her on the fly.
