I am very selective to write reviews but, I thought this local restaurant deserve to get my ratings for best Mediterranean, cleanliness, ambiance and wines, friendly staffs. In my one word overall for restaurant rating is “Awesome” and a scale of 1 to 5, I say 5������. My girlfriends get together on Thursday night for “girls night out”. We try to experience dinner and drinks at different restaurants each time we go out. This past Thursday we enjoyed Agora in San Carlos. One word, excellent from service to drinks and especially the FOOD! We highly recommend Agora!! More...

I had dinner at Agora last night. This restaurant is somehow still a hidden gem in San Carlos. I had to post my appreciation on facebook. For the life of me, I do not understand how this place is not packed out nightly. The restuarant both inside and outside looks amazing, clean/stylist decor with a nice bar and a beautiful patio. The food matches perfectly. The value for money is extremely high. The owner is there to run his restuarant daily. I've had the opportunity to become friendly with him. I enjoy our chats. The food/ingredients are top notch in quality. Only the best. The steak kabobs are my go to. But they have a full greek menu. I make it a point to visit this place once a week to support his restaurant and to fulfill my cravings. Those in San Carlos that have not tried Agora..should visit immediately. You will be very pleased when you visit and you will add it as a family staple. As mentioned, the owner is a great guy. The catering is top notch as well. I will continue to stop by with my wife for our weekly meal. Please make it a point to visit Agora. You will be more than pleased. Hands down...my favorite greek dining...ever. This is not a professional review or coming from a food critic. Just coming from a guy that loves good food and good people.
