The secret to getting the body of your dreams is through consistency and following a well-thought-out program that includes nutrition guidance.
What do you love most about your job?
I love assisting my clients while they focus on changing their lifestyles. Looking good is great, but when a client tells you that they feel like a younger version of themselves, energized and full of vigor, nothing compares to that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw there was a need for a company to provide a great service while helping clients reach their fitness goals. Starting my own business gives me the freedom to use a creative approach to helping my clients overcome any obstacles they may have.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 15 years of experience working with clients with varying health issues and goals. I specialize in working with adults 50 years and older but have a solid educational background to help anyone achieve their goal.
Personal Training
Our personal trainers will assist you with your specialized program to ensure you are using correct form and meeting your goals. We emphasize exercises to build core strength and balance, including adominal, hips, and lower-back strengthening. All programs can be trained in our studio or at your home. You can also at friends and/or family at no extra charge. Just give us a heads up if you would like to add someone, its that simple.
