Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases and improve your overall health.

Our company offers a range of services including group fitness, nutrition counseling, meal prep services, personal training, yoga, massage, fitness retreats and more. After you receive your initial evaluation by either our Nurse Practitioner, Physical Therapist, or Kinesiologist, we then design a program for you consisting of any of our services that we feel will help you become successful in your fitness journey. Best of all we know how important it is to have friends and family support you on your journey, so they can join your program at no extra cost.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is quite easy. It's consistency and following a well thought out program under the guidance of experienced professionals.

We love changing our clients' lifestyles which ultimaltely change their lives. Looking good is great, but when a client tells you that they feel like a younger version of themselves, energized and full of vigor, nothing compares to that.

We saw there was a need for a company who could not only provide a great service, but help their clients by changing their lifestyles. We believe for an individual to truly be successful in their fitness journey they are going to need a combination of health and wellness professionals with various skill sets to give them a complete program that will ultimately change their lives.

We employ some of the greatest minds in the industry. Our staff possess degrees from some of the top universities around. University of Pennsylvania, Boston University, George Washington University, Penn State University, and Rider University to name a few. On staff we employ Physical Therapists, Registered Dietitians, Kinesiologists, Yoga Instructors who are DPTs, Nurse Practitioners, Private Chefs, and Licensed Massage Therapists. When working with us, you know you are in good hands. We also let friends and family join you for free!


Present at this time would be all key members of our team appropriate to the clients success. Conducted by either our Nurse Practitioner, Physical Therapist, or Kinesiologist. Here we find out what your goals are, take all of your vitals and perform a biometric screening if necessary for your goals.

Our personal trainers will assist you with your specialized program to ensure you are using correct form and meeting your goals. We emphasize exercises to build core strength and balance, including adominal, hips, and lower-back strengthening. All programs can be trained in our studio or at your home. You can also at friends and/or family at no extra charge. Just give us a heads up if you would like to add someone, its that simple.

Our massage therapists will come to you in the privacy of your home or you can visit us at one of your studios. Research has shown that massage can help reduce anxiety and stress, improve joint flexibility, increase circulation, and improve sleep.

We offer yoga in group classes in our studio or you can host a yoga class in your home. We also offer one on one yoga instruction if you need that extra attention. Our yoga instructors can teach the true beginner as well as the seasoned veteran. Yoga will help improve balance and flexibility, improve core strength, as well as help protect from future injury.

Let us improve overall range of motion and help active adults move more comfortably through the day. Specialized stretching also can help adults with chronic back, neck, or joint problems

We invite you to join us along with some of the best trainer and fitness consultants in the region, at our annual fitness retreat held in Chesapeake City, MD. Come get totally immersed into a new lifestyle without the distractions or temptations of everyday life.

We help dispel "food myths" through our nutritional counseling, working with each client to assess current diet and eating habits and make recommendations for improvement.

Under the direction of our Registered Dietitian, our personal chef will create a meal plan for you. Our personal chef will also prepare your daily meals so there will be no guess work or straying away from your agreed upon plan.
