He got me put on the next day delivery schedule, and I got the bounce house I wanted. I was told due to last minute reservation the bouncer could come around 1pm, but they actually came earlier than expected at 11am and the set up was smooth and efficient. If they were going to be late to pick up they called to let me know. Their whole process was easy and they really did SAVE THE DAY!! I am all about reviews and giving praise to a job well done; in the future I will not risk my bounce house with a discount Craigslist ad and stick will a reputable company like this one :) Thanks again!!! Awesome experience. I used this company for my squadron's spring picnic. Rick and DJ were on time and extremely professional. They even helped trouble shoot some electrical issues at the rental property (not their job), which was critical in the equipment working and the overall success of our event. We contacted Afford-A-Bounce to get a dragon castle for our son’s 5th birthday that we could not find anywhere else. Not only were they the most clearly and reasonably priced, but they were very helpful with our questions and very responsive to our phone calls. They contacted me a few days ahead of the event to confirm and explained their rain policy, just in case. They came the day of, in the time window they originally said, made sure everything was set up safely, and were very friendly. I got the princess bounce house last Saturday and it was awesome! they had me down to be here at 12pm and they told us they could be early well sure enough they got here at like 10ishh maybe earlier then that I can't remember and set it up and everything they were very polite I had it set to come be picked up at 8 they came and picked it up at about 8:10ishh(same guys who dropped it off picked it up)they got it all put up and after they were done I gave them both a cupcake lol it was tha best damn cupcake lol my guys were Rick and Davion(hope I spelled that right)

This is my second rental from Afforda Bounce and I recently rented a toddler bounce house for my sons 4th birthday party. The weather turned really bad and I called to cancel early morning the day of the party . But by afternoon the weather had gotten a little better and I called Afforda Bounce to see if they could still come, They worked really hard and made it happen!
