Even though it's not perfect this is one of the only local trampoline parks in Federal Way. The place just needs some tlc. I think what would make this such a great place is if they added some graphic designs to it instead of just plain walls. Doing a deep clean of the floors could get rid of many of the complaints that people have. Finally, I've seen a lot of complaints about the employees. While yes they are seemingly lazy or absent, most of the time it's only 2-3 employees there. If the employees had better training I definitely think they'd be more motivated to work. My kids had a BLAST! They were so happy and now I know a place to take them where I know they'll have fun. I took my daughter there for her 9th birthday and my 12 year old loved it too. They loved the dodgeball and basketball it was so cool to jump to dunk it in the hoop. They played good music and had the strobe lights later in the PM. I also love that it got them to exercise but they didn't even notice they were exercising haha they just enjoyed it even if they got hot they wanted water and to keep going. Very entertaining for them. The host was also very helpful. I have better videos than pictures because it's kinda hard to get pics when they're jumping and moving around. More...

This was my first trampoline park I went to. The one employee on the clock was super nice (and super cute). But there's not much to do. If you get bored pretty easy, you'll be out of there within 15 minutes. I went on a date there and we ended up just going to Olive Garden after 20 minutes. More...

This was a great place to let the kids burn off some energy.  I did notice not too many staff members on hand. I wish they had.  Places like these need staff members on deck in case something happens.  The other thing is they aren't strict on having a requirement for socks to be worn at all times.  I also noticed that a lot of mats in between the trampolines were falling off or fallen and not secured.  Just cuz they have people sign the waiver doesn't mean that they don't have to prevent from having accidents.  Please also...wipe/sanitize the place.  Not a very clean place More...

Last week I went to trampoline nation and had an extremely good time! I am glad that there was a trick nation zone where only tricks were allowed. This allowed me to perform some of the tricks like my 360 back flip, consecutive multiple back flips, and Arabian flips without the worry of hitting or bouncing into someone else. The trampoline dodgeball alone was worth the visit! I had an excellent time raging in that area! Oh, I definitely can't forget about the dunk zone where I tried multiple times to do a front flip and shoot the ball into the hoop. I definitely need more practice on that one before mastering it :) but, I was able to take the ball under neath my legs and slam dunk it like pro-NBA stars do. I recommend this place to anyone who is as extreme as I am and good luck to all who attend it. More...

Took kiddos today son is 4 daughter is 22 months both had a great time. We went when it wasnt to busy. My son has sensory processing disorder and the jumping and impact was wonderful for him. Lime suggestion would be to allow the younger crowd to use more areas during the quieter times. More...

I can't say enough good things about Trampoline Nation. We've been a few times now and my 7 year old daughter LOVES it. The staff is so nice and friendly and several of the staff have offered up helpful tips at times to make her jumps and flips better. If you haven't been....GO!

Place was amazing and staff was very pleasant. Rules are rules.I saw some kids being rude and disrespecting staff and parents sat or was nowhere to be found to control there kids. Kids should be able to be kicked out for disrespecting the staff there because they couldn't wait there turn.Kuddos to them.Parents need to be parents instead of sitting and watching there kids terrorize others and staff.Keep them home if they can't behave.But as far as this place goes A++ More...

Fun time for my 10 year old birthday party today April 5th! They could have kept jumping, they really enjoyed it! We had a birthday party package, which came with pizza. Would have like if there had been one of the front end people help us in the party room. also they did not provide cups. Kids should also be able to jump until your two hours is up. I have 4 boys that are full of energy. The ran, jumped, and played dodge ball. They had so much fun and kept asking to go back. The staff was nice and friendly. Im glad there's a place like this for kids/adults to go and have fun and get exercise while doing it. I even jumped and after 10 or 15 min. I was exhausted, what a good workout! More...

What a fantastic birthday experience! Took my son for his 11th b-day and the staff treated him like royalty! His sister & I had so much fun too! This was our first time at Aerosports Trampoline, and was a bit hesitant after reading reviews from prior ownership Trampoline Nation, but all fears were cast aside with the warm welcome of their staff. Signed the agreements online at the kiosks (took maybe 2 minutes) and jumped right in right away. Went on a Friday late morning & it wasn't too packed, it was perfect. The music inside was great, the facility was clean. No complaints! After an hour both kids were sweaty and had a BLAST. We'll come back again! More...

A fun hour can be spent here. You sign a waiver on a computer when you walk in and watch a short video detailing rules and expectations. You pay $12/hour per person and jump away! I love Aerosports many improvements have happened since this place changed from Trampoline Nation to Aerosports, the rules have shortened to only necessary rules. The staff are nice the adult seating has gotten much more comfortable. The rules do get a bit more strict the more people so after school ends and Saturday are the busiest times. The trampolines are very big and bouncy.The place is relatively clean too.Price wise it is a bit pricy but we'll worth it every once in a while. More...

Seriously, what is with the low reviews? Are they getting hurt? Because I didn't bother reading them...I grew up with a trampoline but never a warehouse full! learned and mastered my backflips here and always break a sweat.I've brought younger nephews here for their birthdays and they also love this place. The only negative is I would have liked to have seen that the carpet was vacuumed.  Other than that I don't understand why folks are so negative about signing the waiver, which is pretty standard these days.  The video was HYSTERICAL and informative for all ages as I brought my Granddaughters that were 9 and 4 for their first visit today.  We of course were there promptly when it opened at noon to purposely avoid the summer's big crowds later in the day.  The staff was pleasant and courteous.  Although my 4 year old Granddaughter didn't venture outside the netted little kids area, my 9 year old Granddaughter had a BLAST in the Dodge Ball area and Hoop area, but Doge Ball was her favorite. Kids had a blast here jumping around and So did I! I have to admit, the check in process was tedious with our family of 7 who was there however we will not have to go through the intense check in from here on in. They have separate areas for plain jumping, tricks, dodgeball, and basketball. They have a netted area where younger and lighter kids (like my 3,4,and 7 year old) can jump without getting knocked down. Some people don't like how strict they are with the rules but  I liked it considering my little ones could play but be safe. We just left from having our kids birthday party there, I was a little scared after reading the reviews but we had an amazing time. The email that was sent after I booked the party clearly said to have all parents sign the waivers before the party so it wouldn't take away from our jump time, all the parents did and we were able to start a little early,  we were also informed a head of time that there were seperate jump spaces for different weights for the safety of everyone. Fun trampoline joint geared towards the 10-17 crowd. Probably not a good place for very small kids. Sparse waiting area/amenities for parents who wait on site. Cost was about $10/hr of jump time. Special deals noted for teen and tween nights. Check in was a bit of an ordeal but once your in its smooth sailing. Be sure to have your liability waivers filled out before arrival. Really long lines, get there a little early. You pay for the hour, military gets a discount on the second hour of jump time. There's a nice little waiting area away from all the chaos upstairs if you have older kids and you don't have a need to constantly watch them. If you have little ones such as toddlers they are able to jump but you're not allowed in there with them which I don't like. My 9 year old loves this place. Great group of well-trained folks working here. We end up jumping a couple of times a month and most of the staff knows his name and go out of their way to be friendly.

My kids and I went here on a Sunday afternoon and had a great time!  The place clean and there was plenty of staff to make sure rules things stayed safe and orderly.  There are several areas to jump: 1) the regular jumping area (with a segregated jump area for kids under 70lbs, 2) Stunt/trick trampoline, 3) Half Pipe trampoline, 4) Dodge Ball trampoline room, & 5) Dunk court trampoline.  You can jump barefoot or with socks, but a little FYI--if you wear socks, you have to buy/wear Trampoline Nation socks.  The place is clean and well maintained and the staff was "ok"--not overly friendly, but not totally rude either.  I personally think the management needs to work on a better customer service/friendliness of their staff.  You'll have to sign a waiver & they take your picture for their records, so make sure to look cute! ;) Other than that, it was a fun time & we'll definitely go again!
