Jake and staff are amazing. I attend weekly boot camps with Jake. He plans workouts to meet the needs of all members at boot camp. He challenges us weekly to push ourselves. We tailor each workout to our individuals needs. Also, we set our clients up on a nutritional program to reach their goals.

Variety and consistency-We pride ourselves on keeping workouts fresh and new... which in return, keeps you dedicated to the program.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people for the first time, setting goals and then reviewing a few months down the road showing them how their hard work paid off and reached the goals they set.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business as a senior in college (Grand Valley State University). I knew this was my calling and as I have made a huge transformation myself, I know I can help you reach your goals.
