What makes a great website?
An effective website is one that reflects the personality of the company it's built for. It must validate the business by being designed to the highest standard. It should also have a great user interface, do what it's supposed to do, be optimized for mobile devices and have great search engine optimization (SEO).
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would ask a number of questions about their business or organization to get a feel for what they do and who they are. Then there would be specific questions about the particular job we are working on.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with clients to achieve the results that they are seeking. It is so rewarding when I exceed their expectations and they come back to me for future work. That's the greatest compliment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm passionate about good aesthetics! Because of this I couldn't help but jump into graphic design so I could work to make things better—whether that's a website or a carryout menu or a business card.
