What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing that marketing can be done better and realizing that I would have to be the catalyst for an improved method of fulfillment and delivery. I fundamentally believe, when you are customer focused and can execute with high levels of expertise, success becomes the by-product. Having good friends who are also experts, the decision for us to start our own business became quite easy.
Why should our clients choose you?
When you work with admind you have direct access to the expert working on your account. adMind deliberately stays small so our expertise is not diluted with the growth of large employee numbers. Typically with most agencies, you are sold from a world-class salesperson, then handed off to the rookie PPC buyer. To no fault of the rookie, he then learns all the things not to do and that won't build your business using your ad spend money in the process.
While everyone in the industry knows this model was broken and it created bad client experiences, most agencies have continued the model still today as they accept the fact that they have a churn business and a numbers game to them.
adMind deliberately chose not to be a churn business, we look for clients who are qualified to work with us, and would appreciate working with an expert rather than a rookie media buyer. adMind clients value conversions and track them as much as possible, by appropriately investing in their analytics. Typically to become an adMind client you must be a funded startup or have at least $500k in annual revenue.
