Top quality service and customer care team. Cannot complain at all, the one year homeowners renewal went up 3% which is in line with inflation. They bill the mortgage company a full month ahead of time in order to keep the early payment discount in force and avoid a possible late charge if the mortgage company receives the invoice at a late date.The website is easy to navigate and simple too.Regards to all the yelpers out there. So many times people only belch & yelp when unhappy, this is unfair and thus it is important to point out good service when you get it.Regards! More...

I had such a wonderful experience with these two. I've a bad taste in my mouth about car dealers and was very hesitant to buy from one. I found the car I was looking for oncargurus.com the pictures looked great and the detailed listing was great. They are kind of in a weird location but I did like that it was one on one service. Melissa was so kind and friendly as well as honest. The car was in such nice condition and at a great price, I couldn't walk away. I had been scouring the country for months for a very specific vehicle. I used every website I knew: cars.com, autolist. com, autotrader, craigslist, etc. When I found the ad posted by Auto Acuity, it was such a great price, I thought it was too good to be true. I called them up and spoke with Andrew, who was very knowledgeable about the car. He answered all my questions and, since I was out of town, offered a video walk-through of the vehicle over Skype. During the walk-through, he used his phone video camera to show me all of the little dings and scratches in the car (which were minimal). The car was in immaculate condition inside and out. I immediately scheduled a flight to *********************. Melissa, the owner of Auto Acuity, picked me up from the airport. The dealership was small and in an odd location, but the interior was clean and professional. After inspecting the car and taking it for a test drive, I decided to purchase the car immediately. It was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. When it came time to pay, I had planned on making a $2,000 down-payment on top of my loan, but my checkbook was out of checks. Melissa drove me to a local branch of my bank, so I could withdraw the cash. After I made the purchase, I decided to ship the car back home rather than drive it. When I was looking for a flight home, Melissa offered to drive me over an hour away to **********, just so I could save money on a flight. I did not oblige, but the generous offer was noted. Melissa dropped me off at the airport and I was back home by 5pm the same day. Melissa kept safe custody of my car while waiting for the auto transport company. She then coordinated with me and the truck driver to ensure pickup and sent me a picture of the car safely on the carrier bed. The vehicle arrive safely in my hometown less than 2 days later. In the aftermath, I sometimes check the current market prices for the car I purchased. I still got the best deal in the entire country. I could not be happier with my experience at Auto Acuity. They always say you never know how GOOD your insurance is until you have to use them. Â While my experience is not TYPICAL we were very pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and the wonderful adjusters that we had to deal with in the past year. Â Let me first say that we have Acuity insurance for both our home owner's insurance and our auto coverage. Â We have now and have always had full coverage on our vehicles even though they are older cars because we keep our cars for their lifetime and keep them in excellent working and cosmetic condition. Â That being said I had one of the most frightening experiences in my life as I watched my car (2001 Buick Regal LS) burst into flames due to an engine fire at my place of work. Â The car was a complete and total loss, however Acuity was wonderful to deal with and my claims adjuster took care of almost everything for me and was awesome to deal with. Â One thing they should be known for is their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Â After having the fire we found a newer vehicle that fit our budget in a 2013 Chevy Volt and were exstatic that the coverage (while it went up) was still well within our budget for our new used car. Â Fast forward two weeks and my husband was crashed into in my new Volt, due to no fault of his own. Â And of course the young lady who crashed into him had NO INSURANCE (I thought that was illegal in the state of WI but apparently it's still possible even though stupid). Â So while we hadn't fully finished closing out our first claim we had to call Acuity AGAIN to tell them that we had another incident we needed their help with. Â (I'm pretty sure they cringe now for all of time when they see our number come up on caller ID).We had the vehicle towed to one of the auto body repair shops that were on their recommended list and went from there. Â From that time on our insurance adjuster basically handled it all for us in terms of the bill and approving the work to be done. Â After we recieved the car back however the paint was not a match so we were very disheartened and as it took far far longer than the original estimate we were reluctant to go back to the same repair shop. Â So after talking to our adjuster and explaining the whole matter he suggested taking it to another shop for a second opinion on the paint. Â The second opinion agreed with us that the paint was not right but it was a rather expensive fix so he said they would likely send us back to the first shop. Â So the adjuster took this second estimate back to his supervisor and told them that we had lost confidence in the first shop to perform the fix to see if they would approve taking it to the second shop. Â We were a bit disappointed that they said no but the adjuster did then talk to the first shop and assure them that we had already suffered enough heart ache over this accident and they darn well better make sure they did the job correctly the second time. Â So we took the car back to the first shop and it finally and miraculously was fixed to our satisfaction. Â I can not say how happy I am with the service we recieved from Acuity and the two adjusters we dealt with, I am recommending them to all my family and friends in the future. More...

We hired eventAcuity, Inc. for our recent global leadership meeting in Miami. We had a "Live Positively" lounge for happy hour each day after the meeting and the lounge opened again each night when everyone returned from dinner. The lounge consisted of ping pong, air hockey, and pool tables, hoops, foosball and guitar hero. There may have been other games that I can't remember. eventAcuity set up and managed the lounge - it looked great with clear acrylic high top tables and stools, a bar and of course all the cool games. Our executives loved it and it was the perfect setting for some friendly competition between the top 200 leaders of our company from across the globe. Megan was the on-site coordinator and she is fantastic - very professional and personable. Whenever she had down time, she would offer to help out with any behind the scenes tasks that needed to be handled in preparation for our meeting/events. What inspired you to start your own business?
Before starting Acuity, I worked in a Big 4 global public accounting firm and then became the CFO of an entrepreneurial tech company. Through those experiences I saw a huge need for better accounting functions for small business owners. But those business owners often didn't have the resources to be able to hire talented accounting team members on a full-time basis. So in 2004, we were one of the first companies to offer fractional part-time accounting staff to entrepreneurs and small businesses. I also have a fundamental belief that the accounting profession today still needs a great deal of modernization to meet the needs of how quickly small businesses are changing. So it has been exciting to build a team of forward-thinking accountants who use modern cloud-based accounting tools and love helping small business owners.
