Extremely professional group. Our event was suppose to be outside though with the heavy rain we ended up having to move the tables. Hats off to an amazing company! We wanted to have professional casino games at our house party and they delivered. We also needed a bartender, which they provided as well. Our bartender, Cindy, arrived on time and was extremely professional and friendly.  Her bar setup was fantastic! I chose Ace High based on stellar Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. I set everything up via email from out of town for my mom's birthday party. Response emails were timely and thorough. We had a craps table, blackjack table, and a 3 card poker table. While it took the older folks a bit longer to warm up to the tables, they totally got into it. We considered paying more to have them stay longer. The dealers were polite and energetic, and our guests had a fantastic time. I have hired Ace High for events both personal and professional, and they have always come through with shining colors for us. We have used them for our big Casino Night Fundraiser at work for the last 3 years running, their price is great and their table and chip quality is top-notch! The dealers are always professional but also friendly and fun, and totally willing to take the time to educate new players in the different casino games. Louis has always worked with us to make sure our set-up is perfect for the space available and for the guest count we expect, and Ace High has always been great at accommodating unexpected changes along the way. Ace High Casino Rentals did an amazing job.  They do this so often I think it was just natural for them to have the event go so smoothly.  This was the first time we were doing a charity event for The Thomas House Family Shelter and they helped knock it out of the park.  Any problems we had, they addressed and fixed them to 110% satisfaction and gave great suggestions prior to the event to make help make it successful.   Everyone at the event had such an amazing time and we raised almost $150K for the entire event.  Thank you Ace High!  We will absolutely be using you again! Used Ace High for my brother's bachelor party after getting several other quotes from other rental companies, and so happy I did! !! Besides being extremely reasonably priced, Warren was amazing at handling all the details of the event. After reserving, he sent me a detailed itinerary and then followed up again the day before the event. The dealers, Justice and Duy, showed up right on time and were so professional and accommodating. Duy was HILARIOUS and the hit of the party! He remembered every guest's name and was cracking jokes the entire night. Both Justice and Duy were very patient explaining the table rules to everyone. Ace High Casino Rentals was the star of the show at my 40th party. Wow! They were right on time and set themselves up quickly. They were ready to go and began dealing as soon as 8 pm hit. They were fantastic and entertained my guests throughout the night!! My guests had a blast.The tables look legit and it feels as though you are playing in Vegas! They were also very helpful in helping my guests understand the table rules (especially when it came to Craps) Thank you!! Ace High is amazing. Louis is always quick to respond prior to the event and is extremely accommodating. My company has used Ace High for the last two years for a Casino Night fundraiser and both times EVERYTHING was seamless. From set up, to the managers on site, the dealers, collecting chips/money/raffle tickets and clean up. The crew goes out of their way to make sure everyone is having a great night.
