I contracted Access Property Solutions, LLC. approximately 2 years ago to manage our 3 story building and to take care of all the facilities daily maintenance needs as well. We couldn't be happier with their services. their team of professionals can handle anything we have to throw at them. Our facility stays in tip top shape, interior and exterior. Mr. Ward, the owner, noted the poor shape of my gutters and offered to repair and replace them. His team's work was top-notch and I no longer have water in basement! There's a solution to every problem.... Trouble shooting and problem solving is my passion - I love a good challenge. And I loving meeting and working with people to find an affordable solution.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was 10 years old I started my first business cutting grass. I would walk around our neighborhood door knocking trying to pick up grass cutting customers. By the time I was 11 years old I had over 12 grass cutting customers and 2 paper routes. I figured out as a young man, if your honest, reliable and do good work - the sky is the limit, and I was right! I have always had a passion for helping others find a solution to their home improvement issues and I love a good challenge and I'm NO stranger to hard work.
