Had the pleasure of working with Kelly on two different occasions. In both instances, she served as my executive coach and was great to work with, guiding me through a structured process. Each time I discovered a lot about my own priorities, needs, and goals.

I first came into contact with Kelly Oberle of AHP in 2007 out of pure desperation and a keen sense that while I had identified a problem that required coaching – I was still so far out of my depth that I needed help just understanding what I didn’t understand about the situation.

Even though my firm chose a different option – Kelly’s support and understanding were so pitch perfect that we developed a kinship and stayed in touch for the next few years.

When the next opportunity arose, I was in a much better place professionally to assess it and enthusiastically recommended Kelly for what would be our first experience working together.

While I had every confidence in her approach – I was still so taken aback by her insight and expertise. It was almost like that moment in high school Chemistry class when you pair up with your best friend in the room as your lab partner – thinking it will at least be fun – only to find out that your friend also happens to be a gifted academic with impressive scientific prowess just underneath the surface. That moment when you know you’re going to get an “A” if only do so much as pay attention.

Since that time Kelly has helped out in numerous coaching initiatives – always adjusting to the situation at hand with the perfect balance of organizational logic and intuitive compassion.

It has been in great part to Kelly and the partnership with AHP that my company has been able to address delicate yet actionable personnel issues that make for a healthier culture on the whole.
