Holly runs an amazing studio and truly balances a laid back & open atmosphere with professional, “push yourself” training. It takes both time and dedication to learn the art of pole but Holly is committed to her students learning pace and gives individual attention to everyone’s needs despite all of our different skill levels. The girls who train here are awesome and the classes are fun workouts, that leave you exhausted but wanting more... not to mention lots of laughs. Judgment free zone and completely different than your average fitness class. The class app is easy to use and you can sign up very easily, with the flexibility to determine your own schedule. While the passes aren’t cheap, Holly’s knowledge and the level of personal attention you get (like 6 girls per class usually) make it worth it — this type of art requires very specific instruction and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Brought a group of girls for a bachelorette party, and Holly; our instructor was AMAZING! she made us feel so comfortable, she was so personable. This being my first time trying anything like this, I was a little apprehensive, and didn't know what to expect at all. I'm so glad I finally did this for myself!
The studio is easy to get to, and in a very private, cozy setting. If you didn't know the address, you would walk or drive right past. There are no windows at street level, so no one can look in and peek at you while you dance. The front gate is ALWAYS locked, and immediately upon entering I knew I would be able to have my first pole fitness experience in a safe place.
Once inside, the studio is a cozy space with a beautiful waiting area, complete with a fireplace (great on chilly days!) that allows you to relax, and observe the other classes in the studio without feeling like you are intruding.
The studio has 5 professional brass poles, and is decorated in a fun, inspirational and feminine way, and also boasts another fire place for chilly days (so amazing!).
I was pleasantly surprised to find the ladies in the class previous to mine were of all body types and sizes, which made me feel a lot more comfortable, as I am not in the best shape of my life. I had a mental image that all the girls there would be super thin, tall, scantily clad, super models, and was so relieved when I walked into a room with regular people.
Holly is a great instructor. My first class was informative, fun and challenging. She never made me feel uncomfortable, unworthy, stupid, or that I didn't belong. It was an extremely positive and fun experience that makes me want to go back for more as much as possible. All of my 10,000 questions were answered promptly, and because of this, I was able to take advantage of some really great deals.
I cannot wait to start my journey with Holly and all the wonderful ladies, in the beautiful setting at Pole Control Studios. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I had the best time Saturday night with Holly me and my puds celebrated my 40th bday at pole control studios. Best experience ever. From the door Holly welcomed us in with a warm loving embrace. Felt like I had finally met my long lost sister that I have been waiting all my life to meet. They studio is extremely clean., It's a warm loving atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to learn the art of pole dancing this is surely the place to be. When I went on the actual site I read some really bad things about this place. But good thing I don't do word of mouth that well, please do me a favor and check this place out for yourself it is everything trust me. If you don't go due to bad reviews on there actual site you are missing out big time. It is a lil hard trying to figure out how to book but if you email them they will get back to you promptly. So if pole dance class bday party, or lady's nite out on the pole is what you are looking for give them a call and they will make it happen. I am a happy first time costumer that will become a regular there. I have a true testimony to tell you all about this studio. Up until Saturday 1/17/15 I have never met or talked to (no one from pole control studio on the phone) we strictly email back in forth. And can I just tell y'all how even after our class was over and Holly had giving us more then she was suppose to. Holly asked me what my plans were for the rest of my night., when i told her we would be going to club Pyur she went an made VIP arrangements for me and 9 other women all on her expenses. Everything was free of charge to us. We were let in the club, Put in VIP and bottles of ciroc were poured and I partied the night away once again free of charge all due to pole control studio. I had the time of my life and will be forever grateful to them for this. That testimony will be told a trillion and one more times before my death. Believe that. More...

It's a great place to release your inner freak!! LOL
They are very professional though and you learn a lot, not just dancing on a pole.

Make sure you bring a Red Bull here because this workout will totally kick your butt! This is a great studio, very professional even for what your doing which is kind of soft core stripping on a pole. .. not literally stripping. But you get the point.
