What do you love most about your job?
I love food! My passion has always been exploring different flavors and bringing them to the table.
As a cater, I'm able to create an event for people who want something special. Just because an event is large doesn't mean that food should be bad. It's exciting to hear people say to me, "why is your food so delicious".
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always assumed I would have my own business. My parents were small business owners. So, it wasn't a big leap for me.
If you're involved with the Arts, you automatically are involved with having your own business. Opening a catering business was the right direction for me because of my love of food.
I also like the ability to decide how many jobs I want to accept. For example, I only accept one large job per week. I like devoting my time to one event at a time, verses having a large company that doesn't offer a personal touch.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients hire me because they want to offer their guest delicious food. Food that is made specifically for your event. Fresh food. Nothing canned or boxed. I use only the freshest ingredients.
I offer my clients a personal touch. I only accept one large job per week. This allows me to devote all my time to your event.
