What do you love most about your job?
I love getting people the clarity they need to be confident in the direction they are going in life and helping them live a life they love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
One day I was approached by my son and he asked me if we could spend some time together over the weekend. I immediately began explaining to my then 14 year old all the reasons why I couldn’t because of work related issue.
It was at that moment I had the sudden and crushing realization that I was going to miss it all! Between deployments, training exercises, Drill Sergeant duty, and countless 24hr shifts in the military; now coupled with spending 70hrs a week chasing someone else’s goals, I was going to ace myself out of ALL my time with my son. He’d be gone at college before I could blink two times, and for what?
That was the moment I decided to chase after my own goals. To do the one thing that had remained constant throughout my military career as well as my civilian career. Coach and counsel others to be their very best!
