I am obsessed with Abode Fine Dining. I’ve had 2 Abode dinner parties and I could write a book on my experience. I first saw his presentation and it was a work of art plated in front of me. Chef Mike is a 5 star guy who makes 5 star food! Chef Mike made the best beet tartare I have ever eaten and it was presented so beautifully. Every time Chef Mike comes to our house to prepare dinner he brings all his own mats and cloths for easy clean up in the kitchen. What a meal!!!!! Having the time to take extreme care in every dish, to make the best possible food I am capable of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to do private fine dining catering. When I turned 21 years old a colleague and I prepared a 8 course tasting menu with wine pairings for all my friends and family. It was at that point that I knew what I wanted to do for a career.
