I chose to send my sister in Knoxville a bouquet for her Birthday this past year and as it just so happened (much to my chagrin) she was leaving town the same day. .. :0/   It was my understanding she would be heading out the following day so I was super bummed as the flowers were already set for delivery so I called Abloom as soon as I found out and they were most cordial about it and asked when I would like the bouquet to be held! Which I had no idea... haha so I had to figure it out then call them back but the woman who helped on the phone was so lovely and helped me out with the most pleasant tone and what sounded like a smile on her face. When the delivery did finally get delivered (when my sister arrived back in town) it was prompt, lively, fresh, gorgeous and timely. I absolutely love the one-of-a-kind piece the staff created for my grandfather’s funeral. I bought a birdhouse, took it by, and simply asked for an arrangement that featured sunflowers. I would like to thank Abloom Florist for going above and beyond. I ordered flowers for my daughter that lives in Knoxville, (I live in Indianapolis). I had no idea that she would be working the next three days and out of town that weekend. They were never able to connect and after she contacted them, they said they would make a new bouquet and send it the next week, when she was home. They arrived absolutely beautiful. I'm new to Knoxville. I could have bought flowers anywhere. Ablom's is convenient to my house and I like to support small, local businesses so I stopped. The staff was great and arranged 6 beautiful roses. They were rearranging the store at the time. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the flowers and the friendliness of the staff. These ladies were tremendously helpful in designing and delivering a bouquet to our high school graduate for us. We live in California & my step-daughter lives in Knoxville. I had searched and searched for a reasonable priced florist for my wedding! Diane was so helpful with helping me pick out flowers that would stand out for my colors. She also gave me a great vision of pink and purple flowers with big white lilies. I have dealt with Abloom Florist for many years and found them to be consistantly helpful and very customer oriented. Diane is so artistic in her arrangements with a state certification you don't often see. The antiques are quite unique and there are so many options of decor items that are seasonally fun and sentimental too. Such a convenient location in Bearden with great parking.
