We used ABC charter recently for a team trip. Our drivers were always on time and punctual. When we had scheduling things come up, the company was flexible. We used ABC Transportation for our wedding in August 2015. We used a 24 passenger mini coach during the day for the wedding party photos around Chicago, and a 55 passenger coach bus for guests to get to an after party safely after the wedding. The booking process was easy and the prices were competitive. The buses were new, clean, and luxurious. The drivers arrived early, were friendly, and most importantly knew their way around the city. Our experience with ABC Transportation Services was worth more than 5 stars! We worked with them for our wedding since our reception was in the city and we needed to find a way to get a large group of our family from Antioch to Lincoln Park easily. Everyone from the booking agent to the driver was professional, friendly, and willing to work with us to make sure our family arrived safely, on time, and for a great rate! Our family enjoyed the long ride in comfort and had nothing but compliments about the driver, the bus, and the ease of the ride into the city. Holy Resurrection Cathedral/SOKO Folklore Group has used ABC Transportation many times. Our experience has always been exceptional, from the booking staff to the drivers, we've always entrusted ABC with our transportation needs. For the 3rd year in a row, we recently took a trip to Detroit with 3 buses and over 150 parents and children.The buses are always clean and modern. I used ABC Transportation over the past weekend for a wedding and they were top notch! I really couldn't have asked for anything more, they were extremely professional, they worked with me, their pricing was very competitive and they really helped make sure our event ran smoothly and on time! The buses were luxurious (the big bus has a bathroom), very clean and all around great. Booked ABC for a large party (44+ people) my wife and I hosted recently. Overall my experience was great as Frank was very attentive with my request for a music hookup on the bus. I personally felt that he went above and beyond for this request. Our driver Robert arrived early and made sure we were dropped off on time. Overall a great, easy experience. On behalf of Medieval Times in Schaumburg: We had an amazing experience with ABC Transportation in October for the Houby Parade in Cicero and on Thanksgiving Day for the McDonald's Thanksgiving Parade in Chicago. Our contact, Diana has been a great help with all of our planning and coordination and our driver, Michelle was very professional and courteous to all of our team. Transporting a convey of over 35 team members and 9 horses isn't an easy task and ABC Transportation did an outstanding job keeping the group together with the horse transportation and communicating with event officials to pick us up. I just completed a 3-day, round trip bus trip from Chicago to Minneapolis with drivers, Calvin and Robert. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Three organizations with two buses, ranging from small children to elders. Both Robert and Calvin were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive, kind and personal. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. I've never experienced this level of hands-on professionalism during a trip. We got to every destination on time. They continuously checked in to see if we needed to stop. They were even wonderful community partners during our trip. ABC, you were amazing! My experience with customer service was excellent. For the most part, I dealt with Ron and he went above and beyond to help us out.
I found everyone to be professional and friendly and your rates were reasonable. On the day of the trip, the baseball team had an excellent experience on the bus. The bus was clean and comfortable and Jaime, their driver, was prompt, professional, friendly and accommodating to them when they wanted to stop and even asked if they had a route preference.

Kara did a TREMENDOUS job of setting us up, last minute too, with every little thing I needed. She was super on top of communication and no detail was left behind.
We even were able to get a bus with an on-board bathroom which was perfect for our longer commute to Milwaukee. Chris, our driver, was incredibly courteous and friendly. He arrived early and patiently waited for us to load up, count off (and re-count off!) before our departure. He was easy to work with also when it came to pickup and drop of locations too.
I HIGHLY suggest this company and I have NO DOUBT that we will utilize them again, and often!

We chartered a 57-passenger coach bus from ABC Transportation Services in order to transport our guests staying at a hotel in Rosemont to our venue on the South Side of Chicago and back. Ericka was incredibly responsive and helpful during the booking and payment process. The bus was in great condition and was on-time for all segments of the charter. Compared to other charter bus quotes, ABC Transportation Services was very reasonably priced.
