We visited the Abbey for the Arsenal block party, but we loved it so much we went back a second time before we left Baltimore. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was delicious, and everything was reasonably priced. We were also surprised by how large the portions were! Terrible service, apparently they have an issue with keeping there tablet charged or it’s known as “technical issues”.. they treat delivery services like Door dash , etc like crap, even though these drivers travel to them and there’s no orders sent or they don’t wanna do the orders? Regardless this is ridiculous , the staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing and most of all, to the Bar waitress (lady) love to include there input but when fed up, it isn’t there problem. Tried to order from Abby online. Used online service Caviar. No problem with Caviar, I actually felt bad for their driver. The driver got to the restaurant, waited at least 20 minutes for the order and then for a reason of “technical difficulties” the order was cancelled. I don’t understand how a restaurant can accept an order, get the driver to the restaurant, have the driver wait their for 20-30 minutes and then decide for whatever reason, I am canceling the order. Thanks Abby, you suck. If you can’t accept orders then don’t. Again, thanks Caviar you tried. Full blame on the restaurant. Waited over and hour and then got nothing.
