I have been asked to review the service after one of the journeys I had with a1 cars. I would add the company is very reliable and efficient. Driver number 20 was very polite, helpful and experienced. They always give us baby seat for our toddler at no extra charge which is nice of them unlike other firms in area. We have a long history with This company. I remember when there weren't any phone or sat nav systems. After 18 years gone past and we have never had any issues with the staff or drivers. Always polite and helpful. We are happy and feel safe for our kids to be in their cabs. The best part is you can speak to a member any time of the year. We have used them for all our transportation needs. Wedding cars, people carriers, even have used a1 to deliver luggage/food for us. We refuse to use anyone but a1 cars. Trustworthy and reliable. A 5 star review is much deserved. I have been a customer with a1 cars from past few months and I have never been let down. I could not recommend them enough. I had lost my phone which happened to be in one of the cars and I was informed on my landline. The manager had dropped the phone to our house and refused to take the money I had offered. I just like to say that at A1 cars are useful dedicated and always on time i needed them the most I had a audition to go to and I was late and I truly didn't think I was going to make it to my audition But thanks to A1 Cars I was on time and I made it through to my audition so I highly recommend using these people they clearly know what they are doing they have manners also have great people skills a hard working branch which is hard to find in a business like that in these times I truly give this business if I have star rating

We were let down by a company local couple of weeks ago early morning and nearly missed our flight if it wasn't for A1 cars. They sent us a car and it was outside with in 5mins. They also don't charge for baby seats which is very helpful. The driver 20 was perfect, polite and got us to the airport in time for our flight. We had a different driver on the way back and it was smooth journey and the pickup. The driver waited for us at Heathrow with name board and helped us with all the luggage. I was stuck and panicking at raynes park station as i would miss the flight from Gatwick "major delays on southwest trains to Clapham Junction" I called orbital cars and the person who answered the call was so polite and told me don't worry he would send a driver who would take me on time. ... Got the wrong train, so had to jump at motspur Park station, felt like I was lost and this minicab office next to the station was very helpful. So I changed my mind to take a cab all the way to Gatwick for £38 wich was damn cheap!!! where as uber prices were showing up as £47- £54... I ordered a taxi from my transit point online and then met my driver right in-front of my arrival gate with my name on it. Despite of the 30 minute delay of my flight the driver was very calm and professionally handled the situation with no additional cost. The car was amazing and the driver was very friendly. On my way back accidentally i booked a taxi to Gatwick instead of ordering to Luton airport but the taxi caller corrected my order and re-routed by just asking my airline ( Domestic ). i was impressed by the amount of organized service they provide.
