With the recent rain, we experienced a first time leak in our home (on Christmas night), so I needed someone to come check out the leak right away. The next morning I called right at 8am and they arrived in less than an hour, thankfully the rain had stopped and he went right on the roof and identified the problem and gave us a temporary fix but nonetheless a fix and I was very grateful. Quick response! (and a storm was just a few days away!) I needed a repair on a very clogged 'elbow' on a downspout, which I was was sure was going to need to be replaced, as was told to me by another company (and wanted to charge me FIVE X as much. ..yikes). Mario was honest and patient with the chore of trying to clear it out. (It was full of freakin' staples from the roofing company that I used to reroof the house). Well, the storm came, and all of the seams that Mario sealed held up just great! So, SO grateful to have found these guys! We bought an older home that needed some extra love, but had no idea how many quirks we'd discover along the way.  Our roof had several leaks and on a day of a huge rainstorm, we quickly realized that we needed to get them patched up. We called on a whim to see if we could get same day help and luckily, Mario Zambrano was out here less than an hour later to help. I don't even understand how, but he got on the roof in the pouring rain and was able to quickly stop each leak. He was kind, professional, and the price was more than fair. They even checked in during the next rainstorm weeks later to make sure that there was no issue with the repair and of course, there wasn't! Thank you guys!! More...
