Eddie Ferris was excellent! He answered questions and had no problem addressing my concerns. He was professional while in the house with my kids. Highly recommend him! He had to come after I had problems with the office. He handled it well even though it had nothing to do with him.My problem is that I'm set up to be notified in advance of a service as I get the inside of my house and shop sprayed EVERY time. They came out without notifying me and said they sprayed. Then they proceeded to bill me for a service that wasn't done completely or to my knowledge at all. They said they could show me the invoice. I told them I could make an invoice but that didn't prove a service was actually done. Eventually they agreed to "come back out to repeat the service" at no charge! More...
