At 56 y/o , I am at a point, where I have tried everything to lose weight and nothing works. Between stress, menopause, emotional eating and life the pounds don't come off so quickly anymore. I need to get in shape now, more than ever, due to extreme amount of pain in my knees causing me pain to walk and I am taking care of my 1 year old grand baby. I went to A New You as recommended by my Physical Therapist and can honestly say the entire office , everything was a wonderful experience. The office is beautiful. The ladies in the front are very kind and helpful. When I met with the doctor, it was like if I had known him my whole life. He truly wants to help you in the safest way possible. When I spoke to the nutritionist, again, I felt like I was speaking to an old friend. She totally "got me". She understood exactly where I was coming from and gave me great recommendations with a sincere desire for me to reach my goal. I couldn't be happier! I'm more than half way to my weight loss goal and I had over 30 pounds to lose!  Not only did I lose weight, but I have a healthier lifestyle. I don't miss junk food and feel amazing! My last doctor checkup was great! Blood work came back so much healthier. Where I had red marks before on blood work, such as high cholesterol, they ALL came back green = healthy!!! And I did not need to take medication to help with the cholesterol or other areas. How do I give Dr Eberwein 6 stars? This place changed my life. I didn't have much weight to lose and was not overweight but struggled to get to where I wanted to be and had developed some unhealthy habits. I found Dr Eberwein through Yelp about 3 years ago and since then have lost 25 pounds and over 10% body fat and kept it off. They teach you good healthy eating habits and exercise, they're motivating and just the most genuine, kind people. I honestly cannot thank them enough for what they've done. Shortly after starting with them I met my soon to be husband and my life has just turned around so much because I'm so much happier with myself. This review is waaaayy over due. What can I say? I love these people...that is the simple truth. Dr. Eberwein and his wife Keisha are awesome! ! I have tried every diet, every program and they all failed because they lacked what these people have! Forget about the programs, it all starts and ends with them two and their wonderful staff. From the moment you get there you are welcomed in with a smile and they make you feel at home. The first thing the Dr. told me is that his job was to prepare me so that I can maintain the New Me, without him...that is his goal.When Keisha went to take my “before” picture, she said something that has stuck with me and has reassured me so much. She said: “let’s take a picture of the last time you’re going to look like this”. Just amazing, amazing people! Now, to talk about the results! I am sooo happy. I have lost 25lbs in 6 weeks. I feel great!!! It has not been hard at all. I am already free of my caffeine and sugar addictions and truly feel that this time I am going to be able to keep the weight off, because I like the new me.
