Lisa was not only on time but a little early.Very courteous and the Lincoln SUV was really nice and comfortable. Will definitely use ALS Limo again for our next trips to and from the airport.

I would highly recommend using thus company & I'll definitely be using them in the future. They were professional & very kind, even after I missed my flight back to CA and had to change my pick up time w/very little notice. What a  great company to deal with. We just used them to get driven from Novato, CA to Levi Stadium, then back to Novato for a Kenny Chesney concert. They were so wonderful to deal with on the phone. I think I spoke to Lisa. We opted for the large SUV for 6 people. Sam was the driver and was wonderful. This was the first music concert at Levi Stadium and no one knew how they would handle parking, etc. Sam managed to drop us off right on front and even managed to keep his same space. He texted me during the concert to let me know exactly where he was. It allowed us to enjoy the concert, partake in a few drinks, (actually many drinks) and not have to worry about driving home. When I realized that I could hire a limo for about the same price as parking at SFO, I thought I would try it.The reservation experience was excellent.  Lisa was very helpful, even confirming our flight times.Sam, out driver was totally professional, prompt, friendly and courteous, not to mention being an excellent driver.The vehicles were very clean and quiet, and spacious enough for the three of us with lots of luggage.Returning home, we waited less than 2 minutes at the curb.  My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed the service.Thank you Sam and Lisa!We'll be booking a limo from A.L.S. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with their service. We were family of 7 and hired them to shuttle us from San Ramon to OAK. I decided to book an SUV instead of the limo and we were comfortably seated and all our luggages fit. The experience of their service from the reservation to the payment after services rendered was excellent. I will suggest bringing cash if you do not want them to write your card info. (Maybe they can have their drivers set up with the Square app.)The black GMC SUV was pristine, and even had a new car smell. Our driver, Sam, was prompt (10 mins early) very professional and friendly. He was dressed crisply and even smelled squeaky clean and not like he bathed in cheap cologne. I suffer from migraines so I am so particular and notice these things. Hahaha. We were not morning people so we kept conversation to a minimum ;)  Sam kept his eyes on the road and drove us safely to the airport without distractions.They are reasonably priced as I called and researched about 10 other limo services. Paid $99 plus 20% (several options for tipping available). It was the best deal as  the price range for 7 people will not even get you a traditional shuttle ride (a.k.a. old, unkept, dirty shuttles).  You can just imagine my family's disappointment when we arrived at our destination and shuttled by the 'traditional shuttle service' to the hotel. The driver was friendly but the vehicle was no where in the league of ALS limo service.I already recommended them to a coworker for their future shuttle needs. I have kept them on my phone for all future limo needs. I'm even thinking of booking them for a friends winery trip one of these days.You can't go wrong!! Sam and Lisa are awesome. I use them for my airport transfers from San Jose to SFO. They (usually Sam) are always waiting for me upon arrival, usually at 1 AM. They constantly check the flight status and will readjust if there are any delays. I can make reservations just before my flight without any issues. We used ALS Limo on our wedding day at Stanford Memorial Church and used the limo as transportation to and from Sheraton and Stanford Church. Soooooo very thankful and big hug to you Lisa and Sam. i have been using A.L.S Limo for several years now and not once was the driver ever late or impolite.  Saeed is often the driver and he is very well dressed and very helpful. He rings my doorbell exactly at the time he said he will be there. The limo is always clean and beautiful. What truly is amazing though, is the price difference between using a shuttle  and A.L.S limo(if there are 2 of you or more) is so minimal and yet the service is vastly different. One time my husband and I made a mistake in hiring Super Shuttle and the driver stood in the driveway and was about to drive away when we opened our door, did not help us with our luggage even though my leg was in a cast, drove like a maniac and stopped in so many places it took us forever to get to the airport. We just came from our cruise and once again Saeed was there on time at 10 PM last night, ever  helpful, polite an so well dressed. Excellent limo service.  Everyone was efficient and courteous.  The driver was just a few minutes early, which was wonderful.  The limo was spotless.  I used this service for airport drop off and pick up.  it made the first leg of our trip so relaxing.  I would recommend.   Plus, the cost was the lowest that I found in the bay area.  Definitely beat parking at SFO. Used ALS for my daughters prom night.  The kids went as a group of friends and a limo really added to the experience.  Not to mention the piece of mind I had knowing a professional driver was taking them safely into the city (SF) and back.  The limo was really sharp looking.  A brand new model.  The young lady driver arrived on time and welcomed us to exam the vehicle.  I hadn't been in a limo since my prom.  It was fully stocked with sodas and waters.  Nice touch.  These guys were going to the prom in style.  And the cost was very reasonable.  If i ever had a night out on the town with the wife, I would definitely spring for the limo services of ALS...
