The trainers are helpful and friendly. If you are extremely busy, this is a great way to get a good workout in on your own time - it's nice to not worry about being late and getting to start immediately when you get there.

My 11 yr old daughter and I started 9 round at the beginning of the new year. We both love it! The trainers here are so friendly and work your butt off. They also provide my daughter with the same attention they give adults. They modify some exercises to suit her and they watch her form so I can concentrate on my own workout. We both agree that the workouts can be hard ( depends on your effort) but we always walk out with more energy than when we walked in. No class times, I can go in when I want to. The trainers there are friendly and encouraging, which makes it a lot easier to go in. My wife and I have such a love-hate relationship with 9 rounds... LOVE the mgt, trainers, people, facilities and even the work out but I absolutely HATE the pain.
