We had a 60th Birthday party for my husband at our home and 85 East helped us in planning everything we needed for a great party. They set the party up, kept the party flowing perfectly, while making sure guests had what they needed. Their energy and professionalism was top notch, I didn’t even worry about a thing because I knew they would take care of everything. They created amazing drink specials that our guests enjoyed and managed the bar perfectly. The DJ they got for the party was engaging, entertaining and had everyone dancing all night. It was so nice to not have to worry about breaking the party down and cleaning up because they did it all, while making sure the party was going exactly how we planned. What’s your signature dish?
All of our homemade dishes are made fresh daily. Italian dishes are our specialty but we have a large selection of menu items.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We discuss the number of guests attending the event, a theme or particular cuisine that is desired as well as any dietary needs. Our menu selection has something for everyone.
What do you love most about your job?
The catering industry is a people business. Our staff is outgoing and friendly as well as attentive. We enjoy making every event run seamlessly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing the mistakes made by other companies and knowing that there was a better way. Our staff is made up of experienced industry people and we get the job done right.

There are many catering companies to choose from. We know that price is important to most people but our service is unmatched. Our biggest compliment at the end of every event is that our clients felt like we were part of their family.
