I am a regular attendee of the 9 am sweat class as well as a member of the main part of the gym. I love the fact that I can be part of a group or throw my headphones on and go lift depending on my mood. There are many options depending on the style you enjoy. I also love that the gym offers daycare (my daughter enjoys it). The sweat class is welcoming, upbeat, and customizable to your level of fitness. I enjoy seeing my heart rate, calorie burn, and intensity level on the screen as I workout because it motivates me to push harder. The gym is clean, and the majority of the members and staff are very friendly. I would agree that the weight room could use more attention, the main treadmills need upgraded, and the cost of sweat is slightly high, but the gym is constantly trying to improve. The front counter people are always happy and welcoming. Facility is super clean. You are given space to workout without being judged and if you have an issue it's immediately addressed. Great classes too!

I have been a member here for a while now and have to say I love this gym! I have been to others that smell like a gym and have old, outdated equipment but this one doesn't. There are classes and lots of weights and machines so that I can mix up my workouts. The employees and trainers are also super friendly and helpful! More...

When I first came here, the tour was very informative and pleasant by the Male at the front. I went to the cardio area on my own after joining. I started to notice the Crossfit and Crossfit Bootcamp classes, and it seemed like fun. Staff and people are very friendly and no one judges you or interrupts you. After 3 months of going, and those in the class were begging me to join in, I stopped procrastinating and joined Bootcamp. The motivation and energy gave me all I needed to keep going. These people are awesome! Facility is clean and hardly any equipment is broken or down. Issues with equipment are fixed asap! All those who go to workout are friendly and courteous and give you space. Now, 7 months later a lot more improvements are going on. The Youth classes are fun and the kids are always excited.
