Please read entire review as the rating is for the owner---NOT DARLENE! I used this company this past weekend. I booked a ride for a girls night one way on March 3rd for April 22nd. I saw that they did one way trips because they do airport runs and advertise themselves as such. Dealing with Darlene (manager) was fantastic; however dealing with Scott (owner)---not so much. On April 21st at 12:30pm, Scott told me that he had no cars after I had confirmed everything two weeks before and one week before. In fact I spoke to Scott on the Monday before and he never mentioned that he didn't have any cars. He said Darlene was to call me---which she did to raise the price due to gas prices. I accepted the extra $50 and we had a deal. Scott then said that Darlene never should have taken my request because they have a minimum on the weekend and I should have put down a deposit (which I offered to do but said no need because we had mutual trust). They say they will do airport runs for the $50 less in their advertisement but at this point, whatever. He also said that Darlene was "new" and yet there are reviews from over 2 years ago mentioning her phenomenal service. This was NO way to do business. It was lie after lie and he said that Darlene was supposed to tell me two weeks prior that they were not able to do it and when I said, "I spoke to you on Monday, why didn't YOU say something" he didn't have an answer. He stated that Darlene would have to find an Uber or something and pay for it since it was her mistake; however I was on the books! A little over 24 hours in advance I learned that I did not have a ride for 10 women to get to our destination until Darlene worked some magic and got us there! I am SO grateful to her! Scott doesn't realize how lucky he is to have her and her professionalism to make things happen for people who are booked well over a month in advance. She builds relationships with the customers and goes above and beyond to make things happen for them. The stress this caused was astronomical all because of one man's greed and getting a "better offer". THANK YOU, DARLENE for getting us there (10 stars for her). If you use this company, deal with Darlene as she is legit and will do what she can for the customers! Her goal is to make people happy and she is so kind. After speaking with Scott, the owner, at least 3 times he never ONCE indicated that my reservation would not be fulfilled until the day before. Who can even make alternate arrangements on such short notice? I cannot thank Darlene enough! She is AMAZING!!! She is MAGICAL! More...

This past weekend we hired 480limos to pick up my daughter and son-in-law following their wedding reception. We chose the gold, stretch Lincoln Navigator limo because my daughter loves trucks and SUV's. Darlene was the driver and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled but she also took a pic of them in an out of the limo. She added other special touches too that are above and beyond what was expected. It is was a terrific experience for my daughter and her husband who said they felt incredibly special.
