i ordered a cookie for pickup and this is what they served me... i work in a restaurant as well, i'd never serve this to a customer it's absolutely burnt...very disappointed

I mean...it wasn't the worst service..it was just missing something. Pep. Excitement. Stronger drinks. It was a good pit stop but not a place to set the tone for a fun evening out.

As someone who has come to 414 many times for lunch and used to recommend this place after tonight I will never go back and will actively advise against spending money there. Not only was the bouncer inept and let half of my friends go in before standing up and making it clear he was actually a bouncer, but he also made us pay $10 up front for a ticket where he assured us we could "cash out" at the end of the night if we didn't use it which was completely a complete lie. After finally getting in and talking to a cashier (after being called back outside so the bouncer could do his job correctly the second time around) I quickly realized the cashier had less enthusiasm and care for the customer than a plank of wood. It took her 3 times to get my order right (2 slices of pizza, and a drink) and about 5 minutes to close one box and get me the smallest $3 drink I've seen in my life. On top of all this, even after the inept bouncer, cashier, and abysmal service the negatives don't stop. The pizza was my far the worst cardboard I've ever eaten. Somehow already cold 1 minute out of the heater and with one slice being harder to chew on than my leather boot and the other being so black, burned, and covered in grease I refused to eat it. If I could attach a picture I would! It was truly horrific and I saved them to my phone. This place gets a 1 star only because I can't give it a 0 and It used to be alright at lunch. So regarding this restaurant they go by several different names. The reply I got from the manager/owner was so unprofessional I wanted to go on here and let folks know that they are unprofessional regarding treating door dash driver's and their customers when I complained about how they treated the customer waiting 40 minutes for food. It is not my fault if there are inconsistencies with your business and door dash. I did my part and contacted door dash and the customer to let them know you did every one else's orders first before theirs and I'm glad you're glad I will never go back there to serve food. Had a great time here at 414. The owner and staff are super friendly and make Karaoke super fun! Also they have yummy late night food to satisfy your hunger needs. Best Karaoke bar around for sure!

I was in town with friends and was so bummed that everything seemed to be closed. My sister suggested 414 and so I went with a group of 8 friends. We had the best night! The food was yummy. Ordered the "1 Pound" bone-in wings through door dash self pick up. It said my order would take 45-50 mins. So I waited and drove over after about 40mins. There was NO ONE in the restaurant. Why they suggested 50 minute prep time is beyond me. The order comes in a stapled shut brown paper bag. It wasn't until I got home when I realized the fraud they're pulling here. How on earth are 5 chicken wings considered to be one pound? And then charge $11 for it lol y'all crazy. That's more than $2+ per wing. B-Dubs don't even charge that much! And it was the nasty breaded ones too. I read reviews and we were excited to try this pizza so we made a little detour, found a parking spot, only to discover that their pizza oven was down and wings were somehow unavailable too so it's just a bar if they can't serve pizza apparently!

Ordered a pizza from here with high hopes only for it show up blacker than the soul of the cuck that decided to send it out. If Donald Trump and Mike Pence were somehow able to make a love child, that kid wouldn't come out as shitty as this pizza was. So... Not sure what happened to Tempe's food culture, but the food was terrible!!!!!!! The fact that this places rating was so much higher than Gus' is mind blowing. The pizza was sub par. The salad wasn't as described. Only one mini cup of ranch. No utensils. The garlic butter sauce was closer to plain vegetable oil. And to top it off it wasn't even warm when it arrived. We were super excited the first time we went to eat here cuz we got the wings and they were so very good period so we decided to treat our friends to one of their extra large monster size pizzas thinking that they would be good too. this has to be the worst pizza I've ever had in my life! The ordered a free topping pizza and they must have been on the 24-in pizza 10 or 12 pepperoni pieces 10 or 12 sausage crumbles hardly any cheese any sauce we showed it to my whole family and friends that one just couldn't believe their eyes. I absolutely love this place. Fun and lively karaoke crowd, cheap and strong drinks,GREAT drink specials. The staff and owner, Spencer, are so personable and great at building rapport. Every time I come here they know me and greet me/treat me with such kindness. To top it all off their pizza is FANTASTIC. I have nothing but love and praise to give this place! 414 is always a place to have a good time. The staff is awesome, specifically the bartenders, Jesse and Bailey. Also the manager Kory. As for food, my friends and I enjoy the cauliflower crust pizza, mozzarella sticks and wings. Drinks are always delicious. Pricing is fair.
