I love everything about being fit and how it makes your feel to be able to help the next man/woman become successfull mentally, and physically. What inspired me to start a business is the thirst for better and knowing I worked hard for something and that motivated the inner boss to rise out of me and never settle for anything. I'm a leader at heart and it only feels right to be my own boss after suffering n hurting so long.

I can provide services online , especially since alot of the workouts are prison and no free-weight inspired , so turn on your computer and I'll turn on mine .. Part of my contract is that if I feel your not putting your all into the workout because I'm not there or you feel you can slack a little bit , the next session will be in my place of choosing, and you'll have extra homework assignments ... that are and must be recorded. All my workouts are 45 min to a hour long and your not by yourself one sec of the workout... Besides for home work

Every new client is given a covid-19 questionnaire and I'll abide by there wants and needs at all times. I am vaccinated and have my card available at all times. And carry disposable masks, wipes, and hand soap in my gym bag.
