Coach Edwin is the best, I saw him one day when walking at the park and I was immediately interested. I worked out with him 1 x and haven’t stopped in almost 2 years. I am in the best shape ever. His workouts are fun, effective and efficient. In about 45 minutes I get the best workout ever and I also like that I just show up and he has everything planned in advance. Yes!! I would recommend 360 Body WorX! Outdoor gym!! Coach Edwin, is awesome! He listens to what you want and need. He's very patient and lets you workout at your pace. Until you keep building your strength and stamina. He challenges you. Its never a boring class. He motivate and inspire you to exercise and eat healthy. He doesn't rush the class. He makes sure we all get our exercises in. 360 body worx is a whole body work out. Its fun and has great team members! You'll go home sore but its worth it!
