What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is Cheesecake.
We make many varieties Apple pie Reese's and Strawberry. Any cheesecake your heart desires.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create menus by people's budgets. If the client wants plated dinner or buffet style, we also go by the theme of their party or event.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is when I see a client taste something they have never had before and is amazing. That gives me the most Joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Moving to Northwest Indiana there's not a lot of places that have Cajun food and I wanted to be different and show people different styles of food.
Why should our clients choose you?
This year I was a contestant on season 10 of MasterChef. I did not make it to appear on television but I made it to top 80 out of 20,000 people. Opportunity to go to LA and cook for Chef Ramsay's culinary team.
