The food and service from 3 C's is top notch. I have used them for my husbands 60th birthday party, an ambassador breakfast, and holiday parties. I have never had anything from there that wasn't absolutely delicious. Andy, John, Chef, Heather and everyone else who works there are always smiling, helpful and enthusiastic. I also have a weekly meeting at their Cafe Delanie next door, so I eat lunch there weekly and everything is always wonderful. They recently catered an event I was attending, and everyone I spoke to about the event commented on how wonderful the food was. The roast beef was flavorful and fork tender, and the mashed potatoes - everyone commented on how good they were, because they were made from real potatoes. More...

I knew from the first phone call with john we were going to use 3 c’s for our wedding. Today we had our tasting appt and met just about everyone who felt like family and john again such a genuine and awesome person to talk to helped us make the best choice in food (hard choice because all the food was awesome) and the price came out under budget. He didnt force to up the cost he didnt force the sale he simply asked us how our meal was and we asked to sign. I will recommend 3 c’s to everyone from now on. Ask for john! Our venue works with 3C’s Catering, which is a fantastic move on their part. We are a week out from our wedding, and our guests have been raving about it, especially the food! We were given 3 menu options to choose from for our wedding, and then offered a tasting. My husband and I attended a tasting and it was remarkable! Though his name slips my mind, we were sat with a Chef to discuss the menu options and then given a plethora of dishes to taste. Chef described each dish in detail and every single item we tasted was delicious! We were then given the option to choose 2 main entrees, 2 sides and a salad, from any menu. Meaning we could mix and match – which is exactly what we did. For our wedding, we chose the chicken alfredo, the sliced top round of beef, mashed potatoes, veggie medley and the house spring mix salad. The biggest winner of the night was definitely the sliced top round of beef. I tried everything and thoroughly enjoyed it all. I would highly recommend this company. Their food was delicious. Out of all of the compliments that we got on our wedding day, the food was complimented the most. Andy and Heather were amazing from day 1. It wasn’t a hassle to get a tasting and everyone was so pleasant from start to finish. The food was even better the day of the wedding than at the tasting which we didn’t think it could get better. Our experience with 3C's Catering team began when we were referred by our wedding planner, Christina Craft at Ideal Design Events, to cater an engagement party. Andy & Heather's personal service for the party was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious! Although we had not yet interviewed any caterers for the wedding, repeated requests from our guests to have 3C's appetizers make a return appearance at the cocktail hour kept blowing up my phone and in-box for days following this party! It quickly became clear why they were a preferred vendor with my wedding planner - they were outstanding in every category! As a result, we scheduled a wedding tasting and after meeting John and Chef Rick, tasting several wedding entrees & sides and having already experienced the excellent service and food from our first event, we knew they were the perfect caterer for us! We never looked back and booked them without interviewing any other vendors. Every single commitment that 3C's staff made to us was kept, all while being collaborative throughout the process and an absolute delight to work with! Heather was our main contact for billing and menu adjustments and she could not have been more accommodating, patient, helpful or kind! Although I know I was not the only event she was juggling, she always made me feel like I was! To every single staff member at 3C's Catering, you were absolutely amazing and we could not be happier that we partnered with you for Nicole & Casey's wedding! Heather, John, Chef Rick and Andy - you are ROCK STARS! The guests loved the appetizers, entrees, sides, dressings, everything! It was all amazing! We did our tasting with Andy and John nearly a year ago and they absolutely blew us away. They were the first and last caterer we met with for our wedding day. Once we met with them, we knew they were absolutely the right choice. Heather was my go to for communication through the year as we prepared for our big day. She was so friendly and so helpful. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) very timely. John and his crew were there on our day and were INCREDIBLE! The food and service were both so amazing. We got so many compliments about the catering. Seriously, the pot roast is delicious and I highly recommend it! We are fortunate enough to have 3'C's catering in our networking group RGA. (RGANetwork dot net) We hired them to help with our annual Holiday Party in our VIP lounge. I just told John at 3c's what I had imagined and needed. The Review from 200+ guests all raved how great the food was, not the usual suspects for a function like that, the variety, and how great everything tasted. Fantastic service - used 3 C's for a corporate event and I made a mistake on my confirmation, completely my fault. When we discovered the mistake they sprang into action to take care of our group, boxing up 50 lunches and delivering them in an hour! 3 C's has provided the catering for the HAHF/HCVMS annual dinner for the last 2 years, under my event organization. Last years delicious food and professional staff going above and beyond, made them the easy choice for this years event. I didn't think it could happen, but they exceeded my expectations. The guests, approx 150, went out of their way to praise the food. It was delicious! The staff arrived, set up a beautiful buffet, in line with the evening theme, and went to work. Throughout the event, they smiled and helped wherever they could, cleaning off table tops , with zero interference to the event going on. Afterwards they packed up and made sure everything was spotless. Several times they asked if there was anything else they could help with. They did the memorial service for my late husband at our church and everyone who attended said it was the best food ever served in any catered event they had attended.
