A 5 Starrs catering, not mentioning  the cherry on the cake: the smile Chef Claudine is wonderful and professional, she knows and understand your expectation long before you even know yourself. She is very punctual.The appetizer and amuses-bouche are delicious, the presentation colorful. We used Claudine for a two-day photo shoot, and the overall experience was incredible. Located in Philadelphia, I was a bit worried that coordinating everything with someone near LA would be difficult, but Claudine made it a breeze. The menu changed between shoot days to give us some variety, and every single thing she prepared was fresh & delicious. I've found myself craving her chicken salad (which I don't usually like) ever since my return. Not only was her food delicious, but she was incredibly professional, kind and a joy to be around. The theme was "Trip to Paris",and I had been planning my daughters 1st birthday party since the day she was born. I needed the right team. I found 2 French Chicks online and I loved their site design so I called. Plus it seemed like the right fit given the name. Well it wasn't just the right fit it was the perfect fit. From the moment Claudine and I spoke, her tone, her experience, and her genuine personality showed through. She even met with me for a pre-planning meeting and quickly understood how important this day was for me. Besides the budget she was working against, she brought an A-list team. The professionalism, the attention to detail, the end-product was top notch. The food was beyond my expectations, from presentation to taste, it was superb. I cannot thank her enough, my husband is a movie producer and he vows to use her from now on for his shows or private events. She actually cares, and her team brings the same attitude and reliability as she does. Claudine is a unicorn in this volatile business of catering. I used Claudine for a surprise poker party for my husbands birthday. The food was amazing. We had everything from salads, to sliders to shrimp kababs.  Also, Claudine dealt with all of the  rentals for tables, gambling team set up, decorations etc. Since then we have used 2 French Chic's for our film shoot, and my brothers birthday. Claudine did the party planning and catering for my baby shower. It was a vintage circus theme. Everything was amazing. We kept the food simple - sliders, fresh yummy salads and chocolate covered strawberries and tarts for dessert. The cotton candy machine with different flavored cotton candy was an especially big hit with the guests. She's great at helping you figure out the best options for your theme and budget. I've recommended her to a number of friends who have hired her for a variety of parties - birthdays, private dinners and even catering for film shoots.
