Dan and his team were extremely helpful in assisting me in the refinance of my mortgage. He was very clear about what documents I needed to provide and we managed to complete the process very quickly. Dan and Monica at Alcova provided my wife and I with incredible service when helping us with our home purchase. Of course they helped us filter through numerous mortgage and HELOC options to find one that gave us a very low interest payment. But what impressed me the most was their customer service. Both Dan and Monica were willing to basically hold my hand thorough the entire process, happily and promptly responding to every question I had no matter how basic it may have been.Paperwork, always a total pain with mortgages, was remarkably pain free with Alcova. They pre-filled out as much as possible and I was able to sign pretty much everything electronically.
