We are the city's oldest event planner . Custom Conventions has been providing turn key services for meetings, and events since 1988.
We have the ablity to increase value and save money. We are very good at what we do.In a relationship driven business we are considered the best.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As a one stop shop we consult with various caterers and chefs to create what is both memoralble and affordable

What inspired you to start your own business?
Custom was a out growth of a much larger company that I founded in the early 70's . Dinkler Enterpries Inc was a deversified transporation and hospitality. Owing Grayline , Airport Shuttle , Gateway South and GO magazine
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not sure Bark is right for us as we tend to be upscale and use creative ideas to sloving complex problems . We are excellent with logistics and local hospitality knowledge. The company as it is formed today has the ablity to create custom experiences on all facets of NOLA culture.
