My husband and I just left. The food was definitely fresh and hot. However I may have missed something pertaining to a meat and two sides. That option includes a drink I think she said so cool but is the cornbread considered one side? The one side I did get was Mac and cheese and it was very salty and had maybe a hint of chives or something. The chicken tho fried good and crispy like well was also salty. My husband had the 3 wings with fries. The fries tasted homemade and we figured seasoned with garlic Parmesan seasoning. The tea was great tho. Great southern/comfort/meat&2 type place. Counter service. We got fried chicken and fried fish. Spicy added just a bit more flavor without being too spicy. Food was freshly cooked and HOT. My favorites were the sides. Collards, mashed sweet potatoes and a garlicky mashed potato...so good. Everything was fresh and hot, not cafeteria quality. Drink machine needed some tweaking. OMG!!! IT IS SOOOO GOOD! Had the Catfish! Perfect! Collard Greens and White Beans. Fried Pickes were really good too. My daughter had the Fried Chicken and green beans! Cinnamon Roll with Peaches. Great new restaurant run by some down to earth guys! Not to mention, the food is amazing - the Chicken Philly and Fried Chicken sandwich was on point. The fried pickles and homestyle fries are definitely unique. I only got one classic cinnamon roll which was a mistake because I really needed 2! I hate to complain about new businesses, because they are just starting out and they need a chance and Im so glad I have NOTHING bad to say about Bee Hive Bistro! Ive been three times now and everytime it gets better! From the personal interaction from the owners, to customer service, cleanliness, efficiency, the food taste divine and they have this nectar drink that is impeccable! The Philly, Fried chicken, Wings, Fish, greens, fried pickles, green beans, mac and cheese, potato salad and french fries were fabulous!!! I thanked God for that food before and after I ate!! Tim used to own Honey Hole in Lavergne and I would stop by once a week on my lunch break. I’d always get the loaded pulled chicken nachos with baked beans & a side of sweet potatoes. I was bummed when Tim decided to relocate and open a new restaurant (Bee Hive), but I live in Murfreesboro so it’s more convenient! Please give Bee Hive Bistro a try!! I’ve eaten here 2 days back to back and the food is amazing! The first visit I ordered party wings (seasoned, honey hot) and they were the bomb!
