My name is Xavier Sanchez and I am an online coach and personal trainer based out of San Diego California. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and I completed my kinesiology degree at SDSU. My vision for training has and will be to help others grow a healthy and sustainable relationship with fitness.

Personal Trainers

I found Xavier at a time in my life when I was unsatisfied with my physical health and body image. My primary goals were to gain weight and become stronger. To say that I achieved both those things would be an understatement to the value Xavier provided me however. Training with him has become a regular part of my life and I have adopted a far healthier routine than what I had before. Personal Trainers

I’ve been working with Xavier for a little over a year. When I started I was dealing with terrible back, hip and sciatic pain and had very limited mobility due to a car accident I was in. I could hardly make it through the day without taking way too much pain medication. After a few months, my range of motion and mobility was so much better. All of my pain and stiffness is completely gone. Over the course of the year I went from deadlifting 25 lbs to 205 lbs! I’m so much stronger and so much healthier.
Xavier takes the time to make sure everything is working as it should be and is very patient. I’m so glad I found him and I can’t wait to see what another year of training with him holds.

Working out has been amazing , Xavier is the best ! Many people tell me I can do it on my own but it’s NOT the same . Having someone there to push you on the set is the motivation I need ! And the progress is outstanding!

Xavier will get it DONE. That was my experience having Xavier as a coach. I trained with Xavier in person and man, that was an experience. He showed me many new exercises that I still use to this day and not only did he make sure I was doing them correctly, he pushed me when I needed to be pushed. After a while I felt extremely comfortable with the excercises thanks his help, so I switched to his online training program. He tailored the workouts specifically for me and my goals as always and when asked to make changes to the plan to meet my needs, he did just that. Not only will he help you reach your goal, he'll set you on the path to keep your fitness career going for LIFE. Creating a standard for every client I speak to is very important to me. Providing gentle reminders on what is important in the process as stated below:

Set specific, achievable goals: It's important to have clear and specific goals in mind, as this will help you stay focused and motivated. Make sure your goals are achievable and not overly ambitious, as this can lead to frustration and disappointment.

Create a plan: Develop a plan that includes the types of exercises the client will do and how often they will do them, and how long we will spend on each
in each session.

Stay consistent: To see progress, it's important to be consistent in your workouts. Try to stick to your plan as closely as possible and make time for regular exercise.

Be patient: Seeing results from your fitness efforts can take time, so be patient and remember to celebrate your progress along the way.

Stay motivated: Find activities that you enjoy and that keep you motivated to stay active. Consider working out with a friend or joining a group fitness class to stay motivated and accountable.

Unfortunately there is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. There is no magic formula to it either. Everything that I had mentioned above is what will lead to the body of your dreams: setting goals, creating a plan, consistency, patientence, and creating motivation from within.

I had a hard time starting out, like I mentioned before, I started out as one of the smaller guys; in my high school and on my soccer team. Growing up bullied for such and dealing with injury after injury lead me to want to be the best version of myself. I understand the feeling of feeling defeated and tired of how I looked and feel. I love being able to help people get out of that feeling, the same one that I had as I started to grow into fitness.

I am a perfectionist and I care a little too much about others. Everyone who I work with is met with the same respect and met where they are at. I would be doing everything in my power to help someone achieve their goals.
