We have Traditional BBQ and Mexican BBQ that's completely different than the normal taquero. The traditional barbecue comes from the competition world not the restaurant world. Each event is treated like a competition not like coming from a restaurant that the foods are held. Everything is cooked the day of.

I am so impressed with Jamie and his food, not only is his food delicious he puts his heart and soul into his cooking and work ethic. Jamie went above and beyond when working with him, he spent so much time with me on the phone coming up with a plan and different ideas prior to the event, he came to site visits often and and was thorough through the whole process.
