What do you love most about your job?
I truly dig helping people get unstuck and discover their better version of themselves. Whether it's trying to get healthier, follow a career path, be in better relationship with others, I know the freedom of figuring it out and being able to feel joy and breathe.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in the military for 11 years and knew who I would and would not follow. When joining civilian life, I did what I had to do until I had enough. I was tried of working for leaders who did not know how to lead. I was in their eyes a shitty employee - didn't work well with others, didn't follow direction and insisted on my own ideas. So here I am :)
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm tenacious! I don't give up! I am unafraid to go to the darkest places if that's what's needed for any of my clients find their bright light. There is nothing more liberating than a person discovering their truest self. There is a joy and freedom in that, that I know well, and I can get folks there.

Individual one-on-one Life Coaching
If you'd prefer to work with me ONE-ON-ONE, I'd love to support you in your LIFE and/or your BUSINESS. Generally we begin by working together once a week for 12 weeks and we work on what you came to get from coaching or consulting. Your program and sessions will be fully tailored to what you want to get from our work together. You have full text and email access to me between sessions and we do whatever it takes for you to "ring the bell" of success. This will change your LIFE or your BUSINESS!! My regular fee for that is $3500 and I'll reduce it for Bark folks to $2500. Most any payment plan is acceptable.
Group "90 to Success" Coaching
If you like the idea of going through a designed program intended to address every aspect of your life, from addressing limiting beliefs and their impact on everything your're striving for to your relationship with money, "90 to Success" is it. We would meet as a group via Zoom weekly for up to one hour. I spend the first 30 minutes or so of each session giving context for the work you're going to do. I give time for you to ask questions and make comments. The session ends with me giving you your work for the week. You have full email access to me between sessions along with access to the folks going through the program with you, if you desire. I'll limit the number of folks joining so you get the right amount of attention and support from me.
My regular fee for this program is $1000. For Bark folks, I'll reduce that to $500. Bring a friend or a spouse, and you can both participate for a total of $750.
Laser Coaching
LASER COACHING is an alternative to traditional coaching. Sessions are 20 minutes and focused on the next actionable step. This makes sense for some folks who have some clarity about what they want and may not be clear about next steps. Process is fairly simple. We meet initially for 30 minutes. You leave that meeting with your next steps. Once you've completed what you're committed to completing, you schedule our next 20-minute session via my calendar link. Regular fee for this style of coaching is $200/month - for Bark folks you can participate in Laser Coaching for $150/month.

Whether you're a start-up or successfully well established, there's a "Next Step". I am Darren Hardy-Business-Mindset trained. I'm also a certified "Fix This Next" biz coach. What each of these means for you is that I have learned from a couple of the best at helping small and large businesses make their Mark of Remarkableness. You're the expert in your field.
